good location lovely shower lovely bed numerous scuffs musty smell unfit room

the location was good. the room had all the facilities i needed. the shower and bed were lovely.

the room was not fit to be used. there were numerous scuffs and marks on the walls. the room smelt musty.

fantastic stay near victoria!

friendly staff comfortable bed convenient location

i was upgraded to a lovely room and it exceeded my expectations! reception was just around the corner, and the staff were very friendly plus accommodating. the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! the location is great and convenient.

the sound proofing wasn't the best, and i could hear some noise from other guests. earplugs helped, so it wasn't a HUGE issue!

My upgraded room featured comfortable beds and useful amenities such as an iron and ironing board. the bathroom included a spacious shower. fresh towels were provided daily. i found the provided toiletries to be of good quality. I appreciated having them available.

the hotel is close to victoria station, at about 10 minutes walking distance! i found many pubs, shops, and dining spots nearby. despite the central location, my room was quiet so i slept really well.

the full breakfast service had fresh food! i really loved the variety that was available. the staff kept everything stocked. the dining area was kept clean and invitingwith a pleasant start to the day.

the location proved convenient near victoria station. staff assisted with luggage to the room. the room had adequate cleanliness and functionality. it served well for my travel needs and provided good access to transport links.

the room lacked a bit of natural light.
